This newly renovated aparthotel offers 12 one-bed and 18 two-bed elegantly furnished apartments, which fit very well with the 'home away from home' theme, as the needs of both long- and short-term guests are catered to equally, whether the stay is for pleasure or business. Guests are welcomed into a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Facilities at the air-conditioned city aparthotel include a hotel safe, currency exchange, lift access, Internet access (for a fee) and a laundry service. Guests arriving by car can leave their vehicle in the hotel car park.

All of the apartments are en suite with a shower, bath and hairdryer. Guests enjoy the comfort of a double or king-size bed. Further in-room amenities include a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, Internet access, safe, ironing set and air conditioning. The hotel is ideally located on Rolla Street Bur Dubai, close to the Al Khaleej Shopping Centre, the Musalla Tower, the bank street and the IT hub. The centre of Meena Bazar is about a 10-minute walk away, whilst Jumeirah Beach is about a 15-minute drive from the aparthotel. Guests will also find links to the public transport system nearby.
